Simple Oat Muesli
This recipe serves 1 and is intended as a great healthy breakfast to start the day. 170ml natural yogurt 7g's linseed 3 tablespoons of of large oat flakes 100g's of apple 1 tablespoon of honey Some lemon juice 1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the linseed and oat flakes. 2. Grate the apple into the yogurt mixture and add honey and lemon juice to taste. |
